A patient came to our office, and they had difficulty chewing food due to severe periodontal disease. We explained to our patient that they needed to extract all teeth, place several implants on their upper and lower jaw, and do implant denture, but due to the patient request, we did individual implants and implant bridge. Before starting placing implants, we did bone grafting and PRF/CGF, which is drawn from the patient’s own blood and used in bone grafting and augmentation due to the large quantities of growth factors and proteins present in the membrane. Growth factors and proteins, which are a part of the natural healing process, help promote accelerated wound healing when added to wounded tissues or surgical sites. We did lateral sinus lift with piezo for the upper implants. After 3 to 6months healing period per quadrant, impressions were taken. Two weeks after the impression, we delivered the crowns and bridges. At the end of treatment, the patient was satisfied with the look and feel of their full mouth reconstruction. Total time from start to finish was about 12 months. We were happy to see the patient's beautiful, healthy and young looking smile.
